COVID – 19 UPDATE School Closure & Critical Workers

You will be aware that from Monday 23rd March, school will only be partially open to provide a service to care for the most vulnerable children and the children of critical workers. MANY PARENTS WORKING IN THESE SECTORS MAY BE ABLE TO MAKE SURE THEIR CHILD IS KEPT AT HOME AND EVERY CHILD WHO CAN BE SAFELY CARED FOR AT HOME SHOULD BE.

Our records have identified the children who are most vulnerable, the government has identified a list of those who are critical workers to determine which children we can make a provision for, please see link below for goverment guidance;

We have been in contact with these parents/carers individually to inform them of the arrangements for Monday 23rd March. For those parents please click here to access the letter that has been emailed.

All other students are expected to complete the Home Learning packs which have now been distributed to all students in school. These are to be completed alongside the digital learning resources placed on the school website.

School will be closed to all students other than those identified as vunerable or children of critical workers and the school will remain partially open until futher notice.

School will be operating on a reduced staff structure inline with government guidance. Therefore, please continue to check the Website and Twitter feed for further updates.

Thank you for your continued support.
